The Residential Carpentry Contractors Association of Greater Toronto (RCCA) is a Not For Profit Trade Association formed in 2001. The RCCA was established to act on matters that relate to its members’ interests.

The RCCA provides its members with information in connection with labour relations within the industry, including matters related to labour/management (union) concerns, safety, training, government legislation, compensation, benefit trust funds, technical and trade specific issues.

The RCCA also provides negotiation and collective bargaining of the Collective Agreement to which its members are signatory to. The RCCA is the management liaison for the Collective Agreement.
